Headline: 'I believe in aliens' says UFO buster

Britain's top UFO investigator has boldly gone where no other has gone before -- over to the other side.

And now, the men from the Ministry are wishing that someone, somewhere would beam him up.

Civil servant Nick Page (typo -- should be Pope), 29, has been at the heart of secret investigations into Unidentified Flying Objects for four years.

He has been entrusted with some of the most sensitive information on the subject, deemed too hush-hush for public consumption.

Now the 29-year old Ministry of Defence man has declared "I believe in aliens."

And he has written a book, Open Skies, Closed Minds, to be published next June (Simon and Schuster).

Defence chiefs are furious, but Nick is unrepentant. He says he was convinced by a number of British sightings which defy explanation.
