Clinton speaks of Alien Attack

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Republicans pushed the last and biggest
spending bill of the year through the House on Thursday, the
latest step in a political dance that will lead to a veto by
President Clinton and then budget talks.

"If we were being attacked by Space Aliens we wouldn't be
playing these kinds of games," Clinton told educators visiting
Washington.
